I know most of the people who view this blog are familiar with my S15 Silvia, but I thought I would introduce the SK15SPL S15 Silvia for archival purposes. Who knows, someone might come across it one day in the distant future.
The car originally arrived from Japan with a Vertex Lang aero kit, a set of AVS Model 5 wheels, coilovers, Ganador mirrors, and a Blitz exhaust. Since then, and by the time these photos were taken, I had swapped out the Model 5 wheels for a set of 17×9 +8 Regamaster MP wheels. I also installed an HPI front-mount intercooler, Kakimoto exhaust, a HKS mushroom filter, a suction kit, a center-delete factory wing, a Bride Brix 1.5/Ergo 1.5 seat combo, a Nardi steering wheel, and a number of smaller upgrades, including a strut bar, cooling panel, and more.
Because the car was going to undergo a huge makeover, I wanted to take some decent photos to document the build throughout all the stages. I’ll be posting a few more updates before I catch up to real-time progress on the car.
