For anyone who doesn’t know, every week a bunch of the boys from drift team TBK meet at Brothers Kebabs. That’s where the name “Team Brothers Kebabs” comes from, a simple tradition of grabbing a kebab, talking cars, and enjoying each other’s company. Oh, and did I mention they all have great taste in cars and styling? It all ties together perfectly.
I was heading up to Sydney to bring the SK15SPL to exhibit at the Unmarked show this weekend, so I decided to go up a day earlier and take the Silvia to Brothers Kebabs on Thursday night.
I finally got to meet my friend Jimmy in person, someone I’ve been talking with regularly, nerding out about Japanese cars and parts. His S15 is incredible: full INGS aero kit, 17/18 staggered TE37s, TD06 SR setup, and finished in Bayside Blue paint.
The weather wasn’t great, but it was still good to meet a bunch of the TBK crew. I really appreciate them giving me such a warm welcome , a genuinely cool bunch of guys.
